Incorporating
Establishing an SRO.(LLC) allows you to open a business, buy property and/or acquire a mortgage. Also it is helpful with getting health insurance as a head of your company and eventually after years of paying Social Security being able to qualify for Czech retirement. After five years living in the Czech Republic and passing the Czech language test, the resident with a long-term visa is entitled to acquire a permanent residency.
Steps for getting SRO established:
1. STEP - Answer the Basic Questions

Choose a name for your company (At least 2 or 3 options ). This way we will avoid the problem of a duplication with a company name at the Companies Register;

Define the structure of partners and percentage share-out of a fixed capital company (the minimum is 200 000 crowns. and the minimum 20 000 crowns per partner of an incorporation);

Define the types of licenses, which will be listed in the Articles of incorporation, and those that are needed for doing business in foreseeable future;

Choose a managing director, there can be as many as you want;

Choose a trustee of a fixed capital company.

3. STEP - Work together to get it done

It is possible to establish S.R.O. and to collect all necessary documents for a Czech visa without your presence in the Czech Republic. Our company will provide all necessary documents on a Power of Attorney. The client mails the necessary documents to the address: Prague Insider s.r.o., Politických vězňů 15, Praha 1, 110 00, Czech Republic.
All applicants must have health insurance. The coverage should be at least 60 000 euros and valid at the moment of a visa application at an embassy for all period of valid visa. at least six months for period of a visa. Our company can provide for you Czech health insurance that has been approved by the Czech immigration department.

Copies of the first page of your passport with photo and a signature for all partners of the future company. The passports must be 18 months before the date of expiration;

Notarized copies of birth certificates from all partners and executive heads;

Three passport photos 3,5 x 4,5 cm;

Home country criminal record report*;

Fill out the visa application form for all partners.

The notarized power of attorney to Prague Insider SRO and signed by all partners.*

Notarized statement from all executive head(s). Establishing responsibility for the SRO

Notarized power of attorney for acquiring license(s) and registration at the IRS Department.

Notarized statement of a trustee of a fixed capital company.

A notarized power of attorney from an executive head for opening and managing a bank account of SRO;

A recent bank statement showing sufficient means for stay **.
Note: This limited Power of attorney is only necessary if you chose not to be present in the Czech Republic during this process
If you want to bring your children with you to live in the Czech Republic, you will need following:

A copy of the first page with photo for all children. The passports must be 18 months before the date of expiration;

Children's birth certificates;
-
three passport photos 3,5 x 4,5 cm for each child;

Home country criminal record report for all children over 15 years.

Completed visa application form for each child;

A permit for taking a child abroad is needed from a parent who stays in domicile

A notarized copy of a marriage certificate if your spouse is not a partner in the SRO

A recent bank statement showing sufficient means for stay**

The notarized declaration of support.
The executive head of a company is required to obtain a home country criminal record report*. Our company will obtain a Czech criminal record report on the basis of a power of attorney .
The client well send all documents listed above to the company address. We recommend express post. The client notifies our company after mailing the documents to the company address. At the same time the client according to our verbal or written agreement pays at least 50% of the price listed at the link price list and then the remaining 50% after a registration at a notary office.
The client is able to check their company registration on the website www.justice.cz (it is an official site of the Czech Ministry of Justice). After the registration of the company, the client pays the full amount of the price for a visa for all partners and children.
To register SRO company it will take about 15 business days from the time all required documents have been received.
4. STEP - Back in your home country
After gathering all necessary documents for a visa we send them to you by express post.
You must then go to your closest Czech embassy and apply for a Czech visa. Note you can not apply for this visa in the Czech Republic. Parents apply for minors under 15 years old. Usually it takes up to 3 months to get your visa.

- read and copy all documents;
- contact the local Czech Embassy for photo requirements;
- sign all forms;
- American citizens must have an apostil on notarized documents .
5. STEP - When you arrive to the Czech Republic
You will already have a health insurance. You must register at the Immigration police within 3 (three) days after entering the Czech Republic. You will get a registration stamp in your passport. The second visa can be extended 120 days before the day of expiration but not later 14 days of a day of expiration.

* The criminal record report and the document from the Housing Authority should not be more than 90 days old at the time you go to apply for a visa. For U.S. citizens, either a pre-written affidavit signed before a Czech notary will suffice, or an affirmation written by a U.S. consular officer that the applicant has taken an oath of no criminal record will be required. This requirement varies according to the local business license offices;
** For one year, at least 170,000Kc for an adult and 80,000Kc for a child. A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard) can often substitute for the bank statement. Not required if applying for a visa with a work permit;
***some countries must have an apostil on their documents .
